Free Shipping


We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

 

Shipping Times


Our air purifiers are large, specialized units that are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners to you. Because of this, shipping times can vary depending on the specific product you choose and the manufacturer's location.

You can expect most orders to be delivered within 5–10 business days. However, some models may take longer to arrive.

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

 

Shipping to the Continental U.S.


At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Damaged or Defective Items


We take great care in packaging our products, but in the rare event that your air purifier arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include sending a replacement part or a full replacement unit.
